How this score was reached
Workable, but check the gaps yourself. This measures how well the network can be assessed and participated in: documentation, verification, cost of entry, maturity and operator risk. It is not a prediction of returns, and it reads nothing from token price.

What it does
MVL (Mass Vehicle Ledger) is a decentralized physical mobility infrastructure network that connects real-world mobility services to Web3. It integrates TADA, a zero-commission ride-hailing service operating in Singapore, Cambodia, and Vietnam, with ONiON Mobility, an eco-friendly electric vehicle brand that manufactures battery-swappable three-wheelers (ONiON T1) and manages charging infrastructure. MVL collects data from vehicles, batteries, and ride-sharing services, recording it on-chain to share the generated value with drivers, passengers, and other ecosystem participants through its Mobility Incentive Protocol and RWA (Real World Asset) NFTs.
How it works
Drivers and passengers use the TADA ride-hailing app or operate ONiON electric vehicles. Data generated from these rides, vehicles, and battery swap stations is collected and recorded. The Mobility Incentive Protocol measures these contributions and rewards participants with MVL tokens, which are backed by actual revenue from MVL's mobility businesses.
How to participate
Users can participate as drivers or passengers using the TADA app, operate ONiON electric vehicles, use the Clutch wallet to manage rewards, or participate in staking and token bridging via MVL Fi.
Requirements
- Hardware
- ONiON T1 electric three-wheeler or compatible vehicle for physical mobility operators; smartphone for TADA drivers and passengers.
- Software
- Clutch Wallet, TADA app, or ONiON software applications.
Pros and cons
Strengths
- Active real-world utility with established ride-hailing and EV infrastructure
- Driver-friendly zero-commission policy on the TADA platform
- Multi-chain support with bridges across Ethereum, BNB Chain, and TON
Drawbacks
- Geographically restricted primarily to Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Cambodia, and Vietnam
- Requires integration with specific proprietary hardware like ONiON electric vehicles for full ecosystem participation
Risks
Involves physical vehicle operation and regional regulatory compliance in Southeast Asia.
