What is DePIN?
Decentralised physical infrastructure networks pay people to contribute real-world resources such as radio coverage, storage, bandwidth, compute, sensor readings and mapping data, instead of a single company building all of it. You supply hardware or capacity and the network rewards you, usually in its own token.
Why do some entries say 'Not available'?
Because the project does not publish that figure. We could estimate it, but an estimate presented next to verified facts reads as a fact, so we leave it blank and say why. A blank is information: it tells you the project has not documented something you would need to know.
What does the score mean?
It measures how well a network can be assessed and participated in: documentation depth, how much we could verify, cost of entry, operational maturity, operator risk and how recently we checked. It is not a prediction of returns and reads nothing from token price. Every project page shows the full breakdown.
Is the content written by AI?
AI assists the research and drafting, working from primary sources, and every piece goes through an automated quality gate before publication. Each article states how it was produced. See the editorial policy for the detail.
How often is the data updated?
Sources are monitored continuously and entries are re-verified on a rolling basis. Each page shows its own last-verified date, which is the number that actually matters.
Can I get my project listed?
Yes. Use the submit a project page. Listing is free and cannot be bought. We research it against your own documentation, which means the better documented your project is, the better it will score.
